Where can I write to Paul Bernardo (Serial rapist/murderer). He is in a prison in Canada, but I can't seem to find which one. His case is very famous in Canada. He was convicted of Murder along with his ex-wife Karla Homolka.

After sentencing they gave him a Dangerous Offender status. Does that mean he cannot receive mail?
