The question is not "what records" it is "can any of the records".
In order to expunge a driving record you must have a court order signed by a judge. That order is forwarded to your state's dept. of motor vehicles driver license division. This is usually done via. computer. The process starts with an affidavit for expunement and ends with the order. If you want to look at an affidavit go to: http://www.cybertack.com/brd/cozy/messages/21.html
If you want help with the process see an attorney or ask the clerk of court.
Remember, you could pay an attorney or at least go through a lot of work and the judge may refuse to sign the order.
Best wishes.
