would very much appreciate it if all who ask a question please add your city and or state so it assists us in answering your question more accurately. Each state has a different law or procedure or lengths before I can answer a question it would be helpful to know where you live state or city.

That is so right, I forgot about that completely, some people on here are not even from the US, but even here the laws can so different
