It seems that 2 new legal "informations" have been launched against
scientology in France.
A processus would indeed have been started by the Court for "use of faked
qualities", after the elaboration by scientologists and their friends, of a
so-called court of so-called experts designed to judge of "crimes against
human rights". Some officials had been convioked there, between them the
ex-minister Alain Vivien, presently President of the MILS (french
interministerial Mission to Combat Cults), the Paris' Mayor, and a french
Senator, Nicolas About, who had launched a Bill to stop criminal cults.
The second suit would be opened against scientologists for having
"communicated false informations which could set public troubles"
That one would be following the "'Call to Arms" launched by scientology
president Heber Jentzsch, where he pretended that France hasd declared that
Baptism , the religiuon of US president Clinton, was qualified of dangerous
cults in our country.
The last coup against the french scientologists is not very far behind: some
weeks ago, an ally of the scientology cult , Christian Cotten, had attacked
Alain VIVIEN before copurts; not only his complaint has been ridden, but the
plaintiff is fotrced to pay 15000 F plus attorney costs to Alain Vivien,
futile or abusive complaint.); but now, the "group" from where Christian
Cotten is a member has felt some obligation to get rid of this embarrassing
member:
Indeed, the Omnium des Libertés Président , Joel Labruyère, a friend of
scientology though not himself a scieno, has paid an advertisement into the
Le MONDE newspaper, to declare that "Christian Cotten was not a member of
the Omnium des Libertés" (for me, that's a mere lie). Cleary an anti-rain
declaration.
