Certainly the threat will make it into evidence in my case versus the cult. How can I be prohibited, after all, from communicating by a court order in California about a death threat to my wife in Canada?

Worse, how can a California court order me to jail and fine me for communicating about a death threat to my wife?

Of course, law enforcement can simply ignore my communications reporting the cultists' threatening, assaulting and murdering my wife, and no one would even know because I wouldn't be able to tell anyone else that my wife had been threatened, assaulted or murdered. For this reason, the "government agency" exception to the Thomas injunction must be broadened to a whole wog world exception. I must communicate to have a hope of getting law enforcement to do its job.

So the threat to Caroline will definitely become part of the record in my future litgations against the cult in Marin Superior Court, in LA or in Federal Court, but there is nothing pending at the moment wherein it would make sense, at least to me, to get this threat into the court record right. I'm working on the creating the opportunity to do so.
