My life completely lacks hatred and hostility (giving or receiving). Ask yourself why David Rice has no hatred and hostility in his life, but you yourself have been compelled to integrate hate and hostility in your life: why have you choses to live with such feelings?
Hate is one of the easiest emotions to reject and eject from one's life. I learned how when I was eight or nine years old. Why are you claiming that hate is "an integral part of this life?" It's *NEVER* been part of mine--- perhaps you do not wish to abandon hate. If so, ask yourself why.
Hostility is not as easy to avoid in life, as far too many people are hostile. The best one can do is reject hostility within oneself (I have done so for some thirty years), and avoid the hostility of others (something I've also accomplished in large part). The vast majority of hostile people in the world can be easily, effortlessly dealt with---- by ignoring them.
I abandoned hate and hostility before puberty, over thirty-five years ago: what's your excuse?
