Let's apply the astrological Tarot card sciences to the Church of Scientology to find out just what Scientology is all about, shall we? We'll use the Cagliostro Tarot Deck with Zodiac Aspects on the Minor Arcana. Oh great Spirits from Beyond, tell me, I beg, just what _is_ Scientology? <drawing three cards>
Inverted 4 of Cups, 9'th through 14'th of JuneInteresting. The 4 of Cups indicates a malign omen of news when inverted and the 3 of Staffs, when inverted, indicates an unsafe business. The Moon uninverted indicates the presence of danger, occult powers, and hidden enemies. I don't think there's any need to interpret what the Spirits are telling us with this Draw. The Scientology organiztion has certainly been in the news since it's organized crime with a history of homicides and racketeering. "Unsafe business" -- there's an understatement; it would be safer to sign up with Amway. Danger, occultism, enemies... I think we knew that. Let's see, the 2 of Staffs is associated with friendship and affinity. An inverted 7 of Swords indicates pondering and advice while The Pope offers the science of good and evil, inspiration, religion. In retrospect, this one isn't that difficult to interpret, either. Obviously the Spirits are suggesting that the few remaining followers in the Scientology cult should be treated as victims needing friendship and understanding. After all, they're _victims_, not entirely responsible for their actions. Contemplation and offering of advice seems a good idea, as is debunking Scientology evil with science, inspiration, and _real_ religious ideals. Thank you, Spirits. You've been most helpful. ---
