The docket sheets of the courts are as unprofessional as the rulings of the judges. Note that judge Frederick allowed me to "intervene" but did not hear me, which was of course an ourrageous denial of my rights, so was his ruling that people being "referred" for mental health treatments, may not know who did that to them.
Anyway, appeal case number 20030324-CA, the second appeal from this case is still pending before the Utah Court of Appeals. It is fully briefed.
Click also on below link, about another judge, even a New Jersey State Supreme Court judge, Peter Verniero, who announced to step down from the bench after a racial profiling controversy. Him stepping back would avoid any debate that the question of reappointment might have engendered.
