Yes, they were breaking the law in doing so. I have enlisted the aid of OSA
in tracking down these criminals. They have a security guy named Antonio
who sits on Watterson Street all day long with the cops at the white lines.
Yesterday, I asked Antonio to keep an eye out for whoever might be
distributing these flyers.
I think Antonio is the man for the job as Monday night I found him staring
into the back window of Ottavio's Restaurant which was closed. This
restaurant yesterday got one of the flyers. Antionio's clear interest in
monitoring this restaurant will ensure that whoever leaves another flyer
will be promptly spotted.
Also, Antonio spent some time sitting in a van outside our back door
Wednesday afternoon videotaping people coming and going from our office.
This clearly shows a commendable dedication to finding out who is
distributing these flyers. I'm sure his video will be the key to putting
these rascals behind bars.
