This document shows that "H" (Michael Meisner, the scientologist forced to burglarize US Dept of Justice by Hubbard and his wife orders) could have been asked to write very incriminating letters kept then by scientology to later blackmail in case he turns against the cult.

SPECIFICS ON PLAN FOR THE TARGET TO HANDLE H IF HE TURNS This needs to be worked out in full but the rough ideas on this are:

1. To get H to write a letter showing his intention to assissinate the President. This is an immediate break of the law, just to put it in writing (data from DDG US). We keep the letter and use it with him as control. Note: The letter would never be published, but H. would not know this.

2, To back us the above, to order a mail order rifle in his name and keep it with his prints on it. (may or may not be needed the logistics would have to be worked out without causing a lot of upset with H. this would be for #1 above also)

3. To use the research we will supply H. with on the gov't security book ie floor plans of gov't buildings and to doctor the plans (which would have his prints on them), to make it look like H. was trying to place bombs in the gov't buildings which would fit ideally with the cover he would have already mocked up and we would already have that to build from. This would be the easiest to build from without causing H. upset.

4. Get letters from him to his wife to make it look like he is a wog mental case. It is very unlikely that he would turn, and the above would be used for control. #1 and # 2 would not be made public at all, because it would reflect back on the Church too severely. Case officer or cutout never handle him in front of witnesses.

7. Be sure he has not tape recorders so that he can't tape briefings covertly. 8. Get enough money to keep hin happy - decent quarters. color TV whatever is needed. 9. See he gets auditing.

10. Incriminating docs against him - order him to write in own handwriting undated on old paper(research dating paper and inks) letter threatening to assasinate the P - bomb threat - or letter which would show visits to government buildings was for purpose of putting bombs there - no fingerprints on letters but his

12. Bomb threat letter to government in his handwriting get him to get fingerprints on book on how to make bombs, maps of buildings he visited with notes on bomb sizes.

13. Get letter in hand saying his cover story (not referred . to as this) is what happened lay it out. Letters to wife which make him look like wog mental case.

14. Mail order a rifle, which he receives and we keep - could then be given to criminals or planted -threat of this.

I post on this topic here because the criminal cult uses largely innocent people to do its dirty work, and to recruit new members on THIS news group... most who do very badly at the hands of this cult as the 98% rule... lives ruined, all money gone, driven nutz with brainwash ... those are just the stats. This cult is now shrinking at warp speed... its organizations going emptier every year... some of its key buildings in LA boarded up for years now, letters falling off of its signs... dozens under federal indictment for stock/ bank and realestate fraud... many off to prison.... Hubbard it seems was a lying psychopath... convincing though... that was hot.

The people doing well in scientology have been historically its recruiters, 'Field Staff Members' another name for recruiter..getting 15% of the take, and perks. Many of those run front groups and businesses they use to recruit from...

those do well...but even those, a few thousand are left, are not willing or able to recruit their own friends, family and business associates into the cult to keep it from shrinking at 10% a year, for the last decade...ever since some of us began picketing it, exposing the conn...etc.

We should ask some of the known recruiters and scientology advocates on this and related news groups if they know they are recruiting for a criminal organization engaged in the activities documented above. (hidden behind a smoke screen of high sounding goals, and fault finding with the rest of the culture)
