After reviewing the data again, I think l.l.lipshitz is correct: the Kriminal Kult of Scientology set up the bogus web site to trap imaginary enemies. Since critics of Scientology do not hate Scientologists and do not wish harm against them, Scientology must manufacture imaginary enemies in order to self- justify their crimes against the critics. Since K. Henson just posted an article saying the Kriminal Kult has printed out thiwer web site as 'evidence' against him, I think the hypothesis that the web site was created by the Krimional Kult to use against its critics is a valid one--- any bets that an FBI raid at Scientology HQ will produce the written orders to create thier bogus web site?
Below are articles posted to a.r.s. on the issue,

he says to send anti-scn material to him at DextersLaboratory@gmx.net. gmx.net is based in germany, tho offers multilingual free email services to anyone, anywhere.
given:
1. gmx tos says it absolutely does not support anonymity and all users must supply their real identity;
2. gmx requires extensive personal info for ad-targetting in exchange for providing free email service; and 3. many service providers will reveal personal info without a court order when users threaten the life or safety of others (tho no explicit mention of this at gmx that i could find);
therefore:
it might not be too hard to find out exactly who 'dexterslaboratory' is. not that gmx will hand over all the info to any of us just for the asking but a letter from kobrin or paquin would do it, i'm sure. i pity the fool (assuming he's not an osa agent).
note: 'dexterslaboratory' may not have published
that hubbardsuxxx webpg and may only be a victim of
someone's revenge or terribly unfunny joke.

In my opinion, Scientology Inc. created the site. It points to:

Sheesh! Where the hell did you find THIS little gem? Either Dexter is a
raving teen, or it's a setup. I doubt anyone will take it too seriously,
regardless.
Hey, Dexter, someone's pounding on your front door...who could it be?

Looks to me like Scientology Inc. may be using your server to
forge an anti-Scientology web page. Please review their site and
if you agree with me that the site is abusive, perhaps you will
remove it. Scientology Inc. is just trying to make the critics
of their crimes and gross human rights abuses look crazy. For
an example of this, research their "black op" that they called
"Operation 'Freakout'" at http://holysmoke.org/pc/pc.htm
Thank you for your time.

Hello;
One of the things the CofS will do, is to create a group in opposition to the CofS, just to see who joins up. That way the CofS has a list of potential enemies before they can really do any harm.
Clever.

Around July 24, 2000 there was a web site on the 'net that
pretended to advocate violence against members of the
Kriminal Kult of Scientology. Compared to the bogus claims
that the Kriminal Kult has slandered Keith Henson with
(no sane human being would construe Keith's articles in
usenet to be 'threats'), the web site in question had
actual threats. Why is there no evidence that the
Kriminal Kult has tried to find the person or people
responsible? Why did the Kriminal Kult sit and do
nothing about the site, so that critics of the Kult
had to get the web site's host to remove the site?
The answer is simple: Scientology created the web site, with its threats of violence against several Scientologists, in a Black Propaganda operation against the Scientology Web Ring. If it had been a web site they did not create, they would have used the site against their critics! The op was as follows:
1) Create the web page.
2) Find a free web host (Geocities).
3) Get a international e-mail address, such as one in Germany (GMX.NET).
4) Use that e-mail address to set up a free web page on Geocities. The e-mail address was used to do the confirmation for the site.
5) Post the violent web page on the Geocities host.
6) Add the site's URL to the Scientology Web Ring.
7) Have kult 'ho #1 or kult 'ho #2 contact the ISP who hosts the web ring, and issue a legal threat against them demanding that the web ring be terminated because it had a link to the violent web site.
8) Use the existence of the violent web site as an example of "hate" against the Kriminal Kult.
The web site in question had the redirect address http://on.to/ssx which pointed to the free geocities address http://www.geocities.com/hubbardsuxxx Unfortunately it did not occur to me to download the web page in question .
