Priority Telecom disconnects Xtended Internet over anti-Scientology website I am being bombared by questions of various groups and people in response to the Google/Xenu DMCA case that hit the news a few hours ago:
Kuro5hin article http://www.kuro5hin.org/story/2002/3/20/8222/92911 Politech Archive http://www.politechbot.com/cgi-bin/politech.cgi?name=scientology
Here is a summary of what happened in the recent months to my company, Xtended Internet, and the crusade Scientology has started against us, and how in effect, an American ISP censored a perfectly legal Dutch ISP and its customer.
Rest of LONG story at http://www.xtdnet.nl/paul/PrioriyTelecom-Xenu.html
Xtdnet.nl unlike many United States ISPs, and Google itself, deserves
a full round of applause for having endured eight years of harassment
by the criminally convicted cult of Scientology.
Despite the continual threats against xenu.net based on outright lies about "copyright infringement," the cult has never sued about http://xenu.net preferring instead to send out DMCA harassment to random third parties in countries other than Norway (where a Norwegian judge would tell them to take a hike with their perjury).
