Brian Haney settled with Zwan, Digital Lightwave and Scientology on 12/21.

Haney took the money, he's now gagged and restricted re Scientology and tied in other ways. Was he also forced to surrender a very large compilation of materials on Scientology (500,000 to 700,000 pages) to Scientology for destruction? If so, what better way for the cult to continue to rewrite history than by destroying it?

There are also persons who have been left holding the proverbial financial bag by Haney's sell out.

BUT, Haney has a few million more dollars to show for it. I'm sure that will make it easier for him to exit his basement closet a couple more times per month.
