Buffalo is indeed the ideal Org:

* No growth since the 2003 grand opening. The courserooms remain empty. Only half the staff positions are filled. There are only about 100 "parishioners", and almost all have been in for a long time already: pre-Internet.

* Current ED Jeff Carlson was previously busted to PES; he's a pretty sorry sort. He has no four-year degree, hasn't even made it to Clear, and he lost his top auditor (his mother in law) because his brother in law, having been denied psychiatric care for years, suffered a psychotic break and murdered her. That's what Scientology did for Elli Perkins. What can it do for you?

* The replacement ED, an Operating Thetan (woohoo!) brought up from Florida, blew after a few months. No doubt he realized the situation in Buffalo was hopeless. Their stats were flat and were going to stay flat -- if he was lucky. Utter collapse was also a distinct possibility. He was smart to get out.

* So Carlson the sad sack PES was promoted back to ED again. And guess what? His own mother used to be the ED of that same Org! But she blew Scientology years ago. Too bad she couldn't save her son.

* Buffalo really understands how to flub PR. Mark Sommer's series in The Buffalo News was brilliant. And it could never have happened without the gross incompetence of Teresa Reger (President and DSA), Beth Akiyama (OSA rep.), and Jeff Carlson. We need more Orgs to follow Buffalo's example.

* David Miscavige will never visit this Org again. The Buffalo News has poisoned the well. The stats suck. The staff is demoralized. It's all downhill from here, folks. The future points to Decay and dissolution. All that's keeping them alive now is Joseph Sgroi's money.

So what are they doing to recruit new members? Giving bogus stress tests at a local mall. Like THAT'S going to help. LOL!!!!

And yet Miscavige says the 6 ideal Orgs (including Buffalo) have better combined stats than the other 122 Orgs.

If that's true, Scientology is in worse shape than any of us realized.
