Dear Sirs, Please consider this communication as a respectfully submitted formal request for public investigation of the Church of Scientology Office of Special Affairs (OSA).

I have been personally subjected to the illegal and anti-social activities of the Scientology secret service (O.S.A) since 1991. I just finished reading the communications of my attorney Graham E. Berry (State Bar Attorney#128503) concerning the repeated and flagrant violations of US law and Civil Procedures that he has been subjected to over a long period of time by the OSA operatives working with tax-exempt dollars to perpetrate crimes and extortion of silence from critics of Scientology.

I want to send this personal message to you with my formal request.

I have also been subjected to the type of harrassment, abuse of process and extortion from Scientology that Mr. Berry has been. The OSA operatives have conspired to deny me my right to justice under the law by deliberately driving me into bankruptcy in 1999 via a spurious lawsuit on behalf of someone who was a member of their own staff.

I also lost my job right after I had to give my employer's name and address to Scientology in deposition in the frivolous lawsuit and I believe that OSA engineered that loss of my job. I also found that OSA (through the outlaw "law firm" of Moxon and Kobrin, which is merely a front group through which OSA operates and is acting in severe disregard to US laws) had inserted defamatory documents into my Immigration (INS) file to try to sabotage my application for US residency so as to avoid my Civil suit against them. I had to sue the INS to get these documents invalidated, and I was successful.

Even the US Attorneys representing the INS agreed with our plea. Now I have legal residency despite OSA's covert tactics.

I have observed personally that OSA's attorneys have lied to and misled judges in the Los Angeles Courts on several occasions, paricularly about my own stand on matters under litigation.

OSA also sent a private detective, Eugene Ingram, an expelled former LAPD police officer, to a client's home to get the client to stop seeing me and doing business with me. The lady concerned was 85 years old, and the awful meeting with the uninvited Mr. Ingram severely traumatized her emotionally. He was sent there by Moxon and Kobrin.

I have also personally observed, and can confirm, under oath if needed, the attacks on my attorney Graham Berry as he states in his communications to the California State Bar.

There is a laundry list of further "Fair Game" / harrassment and extortion that both I, my attorney and many others (who I can put you in contact with) have been subjected to by Scientology's OSA covert operations services. To my mind, and in my experience this is a form of domestic terrorism that must be eradicated.

The criminal abuse of the US legal system by these litigation mobsters hiding under a cloak of "religiosity", where they smash the lives of private citizens who chance upon their broad scam, racketeering and mob tactics is a very dangerous factor in our country.

I am willing to meet with any duly authorized law enforcement officials and I promise my full and complete cooperation in the investigation of OSA, Moxon and Kobrin and the other Real Parties in Interest included in Mr. Berry's State bar communications and proceedings.

I cannot over-emphasise the real and urgent necessity of a full Public Investigation of these pressing matters to avoid the continuance of such a harmful gang of litigation thugs.

I have been personally economically ruined and harrassed by this gang, and I will do all I can to see them brought to justice.
