Greetings.
I came across your web site while looking for a professional association of private investigators in the State of California. I did not find up-to-date information in your calendar section for a list of your events: the events listed are over a year old.
The reason I am writing to you is to offer my time and experience for your next conference, to discuss the use of private investigators by the infamous and sinister organization called "Scientology."
In the past, the Scientology organization had done its own "investigations" via it’s "Guardian Office" (now called "The Office of Special Affairs"), but ever since the FBI raid on them (which resulted in the curbing of the largest domestic / international spy ring in USA history), they have been "out-sourcing" to more "safe" people who are harder for law enforcement to trace: private investigators. Since I wish to see the profession of Private Investigation improve its public image, and make it truly a profession to be proud of by the men and women who have chosen the profession, I wish to help educate private investigators about why the Scientology organization uses private investigators. My other motive is to help curb the crimes and gross human rights abuses by the Scientology organization, which for the past decade has been greatly aided by the use of private investigators.
On Saturday, July 22, 2000, the Scientology organization hired a private investigator to follow me around the county of San Diego, to discover my new residence. This is because I have been active in the civil rights movement working to end the crimes and abuses of the sinister organization. I’m quite sure that the private investigator who followed me did not know why he was following me, and was probably not told by his employer who he was working for (people tend to decline working willingly for the Scientology organization, with good reason).
That private investigator was using a rented vehicle with California license plate 4KOY604. Since I am used to the Scientology organization’s abuses, I was aware of the probability that I am under surveillance by them. I have been protesting the torture death of Lisa McPherson (which occurred in Florida) and the death of Ashlee Shaner (near Hemet). My protesting their crimes and abuses has "earned" me their special attention of harassment, intimidation, slander, libel, legal threats, and the other abusive actions and behaviors that is standard procedure with them.
I spotted the private investigator within ten seconds of him following me from my friend’s house. To say he was not very good at it would be a gross understatement. To confirm that he was stalking me, I did some standard counter-surveillance maneuvers which he "fell for," and thus stalking was established.
One such maneuver which concerns me is that he ran through a red light at an extremely busy downtown intersection, in his zeal to follow me. He broke the law, and put many people at risk for their health and very lives. I find this extremely unacceptable behavior, and a black mark on the profession.
That was nothing compared to what he later did at the San Onofre boarder checkpoint: he drove the rented mini van through stop-and-go traffic at 3 to 4 miles per hour, with his face turned sharply to his left while looking through a camera view finder at me---- I have a photograph of him doing so! Again he put people at risk with his unsafe driving.
To see evidence of this, browse http://holysmoke.org/cos/pi-fun.htm So my question is this: does the California Association of Licensed Investigators feel it has a stake in learning about such behavior? California private investigators are being used to collect intelligence for a criminal organization, which uses that data to harass, harm, intimidate, threaten, slander, and abuse the people who work to end such abuses. Seems to me that CALI should know about this problem.
Thank you for your time.
