Between: Date: 7 Jul 2000 18:27:06 GMT and Date: 7 Jul 2000 22:11:14 GMT there was more than 1600 illegal cancel messages issued for alt.religion.scientology, from an open news server again, belonging to Moore Business Communication Services, and via node14-84-151-216.compcomf.com.

This means that some of the servers that honors cancels, probably had their ars NG more or less cleaned out of articles.

Of course all depending upon how many days of ars they keep, and the expiration time.

Most articles have been hit by multiple cancel messages. Only 272 out of the 1622 cancelled articles in a.r.s was cancelled just once.

Must be a glitch in the cancel bot I guess. :-) Those that wants to repost their articles, have to keep an eye on the Lazarus report, both today and tomorrow, and compare the reported cancelled MID's with the content in their "sent"

folder.
