The Citizens Commission on Scientology Reparations CCSR A New Citizens Commission is forming up to assist victims of the Scientology cult in recovering money that was taken from them by fraud and coercion. Millions of dollars are involved in this massive scam and special committees will be formed to exam the best means of bringing about full recovery with a minumun of legal involvement. It is expected that certain Govt. Agencies will assist with legal advice.

This Reparations Recovery action will seek recovery and compensatory-punitive time allowances which will figure in specific time factors with inflation and monetary value changes, and Reparations recovery will be retrovactive to the time of the forming of the Church of Scientology. For example, if you were coerced into buying a fraudulent Scientology course in 1970 for $500 the recovery amount today would be say, $1000 plus a punitive compensation figure factored in.

A psychological-psychiatric guidance-advisory panel will be formed to evaluate the residual damage incurred from the heavy programming and indoctrination induced by involvement with Scientology courses and auditing.

Reparation amounts will then include the original monetary figure plus inflationary-time factors, plus punitive compensation for psychological-recovery damage.

The CCSR is in the planning -formative stage now and any input is welcome.

Reparations for:

those who were coerced into going on staff and signing Sea Org contracts.

those who disconnected from their families.

those who were coerced into divorces.
