Ron Hubbard.
But it gets more interesting than that.
The 100% Proficiency Training system was developed by a company called "Effective Training Solutions." Based in Fremont, California, the firm is owned and operated by one Ingrid Gudenas, scientologist success story.

Why, this is odd. Why is Effective Training Solutions, the private company run
by Ingrid Gudenas, operating out of the same office as Applied Scholastics of
San Francisco? Applied Scholastics is a non-profit organization, and was even
mentioned in the IRS agreement. And yet, here it is, in the same office as
Effective Training Solutions. They even share a phone number.

Of course, "Government Technology" is a scientologist publication, run
by a former GO member, Dennis McKenna, who condoned the illegal
activities against Paulette Cooper:

Ingrid Gudenas was also involved in bringing Hubbard "tech" into
Applied Materials, Inc. http://www.appliedmaterials.com/
This resulted in the Hunziker v. Applied Materials, Santa Clara
(California) Superior Court No. 692629 litigation. The case ended in a
settlement for the plaintiffs, who were Applied Materials employees
who objected to having to take courses based on $cientology religious
scripture in the workplace.

Who is this company that has the Scientology crime cult and Cisco as a customer, among many many others? Also they list it as "Church of Scientology." There is no such corporation. Is it CSI or what?
It is Avesco which does satellite video. I think we know which presentations go out by satellite video to various cult locations from the insane dwarf David Miscavige.
I doubt they have any more serious connections to the crime cult. I like "you
get way more than a great image" when connected to the crime cult of
Scientology.
