'S.C. federal judges consider banning secret settlements'
This article basically says that the South Carolina federal judges have unanimously decided to ban secret agreements in court, citing the Catholic church fiasco where they hid pedophile priests using such tactics, as well as the Firestone tire cases where previous cases, if known to the public, could have saved lives from other owners of such Firestone tires.
I find this quite interesting as far as Scientology goes since Scientology seems to always demand that the value of the settlement be kept secret and those suing Scientology sign a gag order.
