Dennis Clarke is a suspect in two battery cases. Dates: July 23 and
25.
He was probably served with a notice to appear at his arraignment
hearing, so no arrest as such. Hearing date was not known.

Joe Neil, long time OSA staff agent, is not yet appearing in the computer system on assault charges for throwing Bob Minton to the sidewalk and attempting to choke him to death as other scientologists stood by laughing.
Bob Minton is chairman of the board of the Lisa McPherson Trust (scientology watchdog organization).
