"Public Scientologist" is a code phrase that is supposed to mean "doesn't have access to INCOMM resources." My experience with the G.O. and now OSA is that public volunteers are used to front for ops that are being run. I find it extraordinary that a long-time internet user such as Enzo has to post in a.r.s. asking for a free news server. Per Mary Sue's Data Series, this is an "outpoint." Doesn't align with other data known about Scientologists posting to the internet. Were they ALL using lightlink and now are out in the cold?

staff hadn't been trying to abridge freedom of speech and shut down a.r.s. since at least 1995, I wouldn't be suspicious of motive and it wouldn't be necessary to watch your every move.
