A close friend and former $cientologist, actually a "clear" and at one time a slave-labor auditor for the cult, has been hospitalized for life- threatening anorexia, the physical consequence of a mental disorder.

This person has had eating disorders since adolescence, and entered the Criminal Cult of $cientology partly to "handle" this. Of course the cult assured her their "tech" could do so. But when the problem actually worsened, what they did was pressure her to sign a statement to protect them from any legal liability should she worsen or die!
