Hello.
Today we received an e-mail requesting the removal of one of your songs which we have been forced to do as we really do not feel like getting into a legal battle over this.

LOL!!! These stupid fucks don't seem to understand us at all. The funniest part to me is this:
"In addition to engaging in copyright infringement, this same stationMP3 subscriber has placed abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane and otherwise objectionable content on his web page on stationMP3's web site which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability and is violative of the law."
Encouraging criminal conduct, huh? WHERE??? HOW??? What a fucking joke.
The site is still up, and the song has been slightly redone with a special "Fuck you" to Ava in the new version. The song is now called "David Miscavige is Commodore Blowjob". Remember OSA - you poke us back, and we grow. Watch what this'll bring. We swear that nothing but free speech will be used as a weapon. Can you promise the same? You're already trying to censor the CONTENT, not just the photos. The photos can be replaced and posted on ABS, you dumbasses. Stationmp3.com is not going to drop the songs once I'm careful about the photos. The intensity of the lyrics will keep increasing until the whole world knows that LRH was sodomized by Jack Parsons.
Just the fact that you had to pay a lawyer money to stifle one little song. BWAHAHAHAHA!!! The song didn't cost me a dime. There are dozens of sites like MP3.com and each one can have a dozen band pages under different names. They are all FREE!!! Can you shut them down faster than I put them up? Don't like it? Fuck off - we don't care. We'll be poking you until you're fully deflated and everyone knows you for the humorless dorks you are.
The songs will stay up, and if you make one site pull them, I'll find 2 more to host them. You know how this works - you ignore us, we'll stay at the same level. If you legitimize our music through legal action, you'll probably get us a recording contract.
You cowardly little clams - scared of a little free speech, huh? You just wait til you hear what we have on the way. I think we'll be making a song for Ava now too.
Cheers you friggin robots, El Queso
