Penick of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida has entered an injunction on November 30, 2000 which prohibits YOU and ALL SCIENTOLOGISTS from committing any acts of harassment or violence against the following persons: The Lisa McPherson Trust, Jesse Prince, Grady Ward, Robert S. Minton, Stacy Brooks, Jeff Jacobsen, Patricia Greenway, Peter Alexander, Mark Bunker, and Tory Bezazian.

Additionally, YOU and ALL SCIENTOLOGISTS are PROHIBITED FROM COMING WITHIN TEN FEET OF ANY PERSON NAMED ABOVE at ALL TIMES. If you violate the injunction, YOU MAY BE FINED OR IMPRISONED.
