Hey Juan,
My name is Scott and I am one of the Co-Founders of this club. I spoke with the enforcement officer at WISE international recently about our club. I told him that it exsisted and that he should look at it and let me know if it should be changed in an effort to not misuse any trademarks or copyrights. He said that he would take a look at it and get back with me if there was a problem. I have not heard from him as of today.
This is a serious concern that you have since using a trademark or copyright without permission is considered a high crime by the Church. My recommendation would be for you to call the Enforcement officer and get permission for anything you are planning to do. I can tell you that they do not want people making web sites, positive or negative, unless they are the ones that are offered by your local Org. If you want to have a web site about your experience with Scientology, ask someone at your Org to set you up with one.
ARC, Scott

Hi Scott.
I donīt know if you should do TR3 to Wise Int., but you know he is not the person that have to aprove the web-sites, or is in charge of the trademarks and copyrights, I spoke with the LC [LRH Communicator] of my org, and with the webmaster of Scn. and you are right they donīt want web-sites but the ones in scientology on-line, but you should send s [sic - a] CSW to them (webmaster) or directly to RTC. Your argument about the Scn Code, could work.
But more important if they like it or donīt that there are sites about scn. is a high crime, and I donīt want to be involved in a JUstice matter with Int. do you?.
I will send a CSW to them, why donīt you send one too?.
This club is a theta place, just let put the Ruds in and not hace [sic] a MSH [sic - MWH, or Missed Withhold] of nothing.
