My videotape of the incident shows him walking past the front of the Fort Homicide, cursing the staff for the hypocrisy of all their Christmas decorations. He continues at a fast clip past the front door and is grabbed by the cops, thrown against the wall, cuffed and put in the wagon.

I went to the police station and spoke with officers involved and they told me he was a fellow who had dressed as a ninja two years ago and jumped over their wall.

The officer also told me he was arrested today because as he passed the building, he threatened to kill staff members. My videotape shows no evidence of that but if he did that, I would support the cops decision.

As it appears on the tape, and from the witnesses on the street, it would seem that he was complaining about the decorations and that's all.
