Five people picketed...Mike Krotz videotaped as did Tim Walker. No one from the LMT was involved. But Scientology had them all served with copies of the injunction.

Hillsborough process server Peter Thornbird gives copies of the injunction to everyone involved saying its for the LMT. He claims he's not a PI but he does acknowledge that he worked for Scientology during the December picket.

Judge Penick ordered that process servers were to come from a pool of individuals approved by but not connected to either side. I don't believe such a pool has yet been agreed upon.

It was scientology that sought the current temporary injunction in their effort to thwart the annual Lisa McPherson pickets last December, but instead received an injunction that applies to themselves as well.

Judge Penick was quite explicit:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

An immediate Temporary Injunction is entered against the Plaintiff Church, enjoining it and its members, officers, agents, servants, employees and those persons and entities in actual concert or participation with it who receive actual notice of this injunction (1) from coming within ten (10) feet of any defendant; (2) from blocking the path of any Defendant or any motor vehicle of any Defendant; and (3) from physically or by any other means inhibiting any Defendant, or any member of the general public, or any motor vehicle, from entering or leaving any properties owned and/or operated by Defendants. Further, the Church is enjoined from committing any acts of harassment or violence against any Defendant.

5. The Church and its members, officers, agents, servants, employees and those persons and entities in actual concert or participation with it who receive actual notice of this Injunction must ONLY picket, protest and/or exercise their First Amendment Rights in the areas designated in GREEN on the diagram of the Trust property. (SEE: Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated here in this Order.)

6. The provisions of paragraphs #4 and #5 shall be binding on the Church, each and every member of the Church and/or its officers, agents, servants, employees, and on those persons or entities in actual concert or participation with the Church who receive actual notice of this Injunction.
The hours upon hours of scientology's own spy camera videos in court showed that OSA continues to pretend that the injunction ONLY applies to protesters, and mind you, not just LMT protesters, but ANYONE protesting in Clearwater. I dare say, that had 10, 000 picketers arrived in Clearwater last December, scientology would maintain that ALL of them were "affiliated"

with the Lisa McPherson Trust!

Note in the video that this "process server" even serves a copy of the injunction to the black man in the hat, and had absolutely NO CLUE as to this mans NAME or any affiliation or lack thereof with the LMT.

Further note that this "process server" tries 3 times to attempt to serve Mike Krotz, even twice at a different location. Obviously, OSA had to have been communicating live with him and directing him to the person they wanted served while keeping us under surveillance with some of their ONE HUNDRED PLUS spy cameras stationed around Clearwater.

Perhaps it is time that the LMT retained their own process servers, furnish them with wheeled carts full of certified copies of the BILATERAL injunction and sent them onto the streets of Clearwater to serve each and every Sea Org, staff and public of scientology in sight for a few days!
