At this afternoon's grand opening of the brick alley in Downtown Clearwater, Pam Marks finally answered the question she refused to answer for the St.
Pete Times. When Deborah O'Neal asked who was on the panel deciding which bricks are allowed in the CBC's project, she refused to say:

Pam Marks also applauded the local newspapers for their supportive coverage...except for the St. Pete Times. She lambasted the Times and O'Neal in particular for their biased coverage.

The campaign treasurers report for Citizens for a Better Clearwater shows that 2 payments were made to a company called Fund Raisers, Ltd., P.O. Box 8836, Boise, Idaho 83707, for bricks. From January 1 through March 31, 2001 a total of $4,811.00 was spent on bricks.
It appears evident now who made the decision to return Jeff and Stacy's money.
So Pam Marks LIED when she denied $cientology involvement. What a surprise.

She also lied about her identity. When Jeff and I saw her a few weeks back in the alley, she told us her name was Ann Swift. Swift is another member of the CBC. Why would Pam Marks try to pass herself off as someone else?
And someone else on the CBC?
Oddly enough, on that day she told us not to fight the wrong people. Its hard to determine who the right people are if everyone lies about their identities.
