As everybody knows, David Miscavige runs the Scientology cult. He determines and enforces the policies and practices of all Scientology organizations internationally and all of their directors, officers, employees, voluntees and agents. He would say he's just the "ecclesiastical" head and he's just insuring the pure application of the pure version of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard's pure ""scripture"s." But whatever whatever he does is called, DM runs the cult, the whole global enterprise.

DM runs Scientology as the head of the unincorporated Sea Organization and as the Chairman of the Board of "Religious" Technology Center, a California corporation that claims to be the "holder of the Dianetics and Scientology trademarks." Hubbard ran the global enterprise during his final twenty years at its controls as a "consultant," giving "advices." RTC states that it "is not part of the management structure of the "Church" and not involved in its day-to-day affairs." But that's like saying that the Mukhabarat was not part of Iraq's management structure and not involved in its day-to-day affairs.

Saddam's Iraq was a police state style dictatorship. The dictator could say he was not part of management and not involved in Iraq's day-to-day affairs because his police force policed management and day-to-day affairs. Saddam monitored and enforced the purity of the technical application of his policies and orders. As COB of RTC, DM monitors and enforces the purity of technical application of his policies and orders. DM runs Scientology in the style Saddam ran Iraq, by running the police who monitor and enforce the purity.

One of the main goals of DM's RTC/Scientology corporate jiggery-pokery is to prevent the various Scientology components from refunding money they scammed from their financial victims, and thus further victimize these victims. Scientology has gained its great wealth and obtained its great real property holdings in great part by victimizing its victims, certainly its financial victims.

In all the decades before DM's coup to take over control of all these cult components internationally, it was Scientology's publicly stated policy, laid down by Hubbard as "scripture", to refund the money paid for services by any customer who was not satisfied with his or her results of Scientology services. Indeed many who gave their lives and money to Scientology believed this to be their code, and every Scientologist promised to uphold it. It still is Scientology policy, still published in cult "scripture", to refund money to any dissatisfied customer. Hubbard stated, and Scientology still states as fact, that any organization "selling service and refusing refund of the fee if the customer isn't satisfied" is practicing quackery. The only person who can prevent the various Scientology components from following their own publicly stated policies and enforce quackery is COB RTC DM.

RTC claims that it "is not involved in any way in the management of "church"es or in the actual ministry of Dianetics and Scientology to parishioners." The "church"es advertise the services, take money from Scientology customers for those services, deliver those services to their customers, and make the promises to refund their customers' money if they are not satisfied. DM, Chairman of the Board in a "separate" corporation, RTC, which doesn't advertise, sell and deliver Scientology services to Scientology customers, then prevents the "church"es that do the advertising and selling and making the refund promises from keeping those refund promises. It's all very slick, and very criminal.

Since DM is the absolute Scientology dictator and runs the police that monitor and enforce the purity of the application of his orders, and since he is a violent man who has physically assaulted Scientologists in the Scientology "church"es, threatened Scientologists, and removed and expelled Scientologists from the "church"es who are responsible for keeping the refund promises, it is DM who must be made to keep those promises. It is DM who must be made to cough up people's money.

We are therefore considering a campaign to make DM cough up the money the Scientology "church" has ever taken from customers who are not satisfied. We will document DM's control of Scientology as head of the Sea Org and as COB RTC. Go see rtc.org. We will document his aggression, threatening Scientology "church" employees, removing them from their positions, or expelling them from any of the enterprise's component parts. We will document his use of the "Suppressive Person" doctrine against any Scientologists or wogs.

We will endeavor to discover Scientology customers who are not satisfied with the services their fees bought. If Scientology customers are not sure if they are dissatisfied or not we will attempt to provide them with the information they may need to be clear. If Scientology customers have been afraid to confront their dissatisfaction with the services they paid for we will try to help them find the courage to be dissatisfied.

Scientology "church"es do not refund dissatisfied customers' fees, although mandated in Hubbard's scriptural refund policies, because of the pressure DM puts on these "church"es to violate their own policies. DM's threat of psychoviolence, post removal or SP declares against these Scientology employees is greater than the threat of violating Hubbard's policies, of living as frauds, criminals, squirrels or quacks. We will therefore encourage Scientologists to stop being quacks, squirrels, criminals and frauds and to overthrow Miscavige and his Mukhabarat thugs. We will work to bring the international community to deal with Miscavige and his regime and to cause him to stop preventing the Scientology "church"es and their employees from refunding the fees of their dissatisfied customers.

We will work with Scientology's customers, victims, targets, employees and representatives, and with wog attorneys using wog justice system to make DM cough up every penny of every fee taken from every dissatisfied customer. We will work with wog courts, with wog law enforcement agencies, with wog media, with wog governments and with all parts of wog society to make DM cough up our money.

Excellent ideas and correct taget.

When I filed my lawsuit we correctly targetted DM as the boss of the scam.

He needs to be held accountable and actually hold good on refunding dissatisfied customers, as well as for righting the multitude of wrongs he has perpetrated. His own imploded world of Scn-only familiarity(he has never in his life been out by himself surviving in the "wog" world) is a cyst of demented unreality that needs to be broken open and healed for the good of the many.

I, for one, want all my money back (at least) for the fraud of selling me a "Bridge to Total freedom" that they do not, can not deliver.

I think Wog media are our best ally to get something done. The courts have been pathetically bad (so far) at enforcing the laws of the land on DM as his army of attorneys bend, break and pervert the court system as part of the plan to overthrow "wog justice" as well as to protect the deep-pocketed dwarf tyrant who pays them so much out of the loot of thousands of broken lives.
