Dear Desperate:
Your mistake is in thinking that Preclear 2.0 is a mere "upgrade" to Wog 1.0. In fact, it is a wholely new operating system and cannot be easily uninstalled without starting from scratch. This is not a bug; rather, Ron called it an "undocumented feature."
In other words, it's supposed to run like that.
We have researched your problem and determined that the problems you are experiencing are due solely to your misapplication of the operating software and likely a misunderstanding of some word in the helpful 30,000-page installation booklet. We can only suggest that you bring your unit in to Flag where we can upgrade the hardware, but be aware this is not an inexpensive option. However, since your system will run immeasurably faster with the standard tech, you will surely recoup your investment many times over in gained productivity.
Send a copy of your latest bank statement and we will analyze your situation and let you know what you need.
Should this not be an option, you can instead install the C-Org emulator software on your existing system. However, this will slow your processing speed somewhat. We conservatively estimate that the full program will take approximately one gigayear to complete satisfactorily.
ARC,
"Tech" Support.
