SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE AND EXPUILSION OF JEAN-lUC BARBIER

Jean-Luc Barbier from Switzerland is hereby declared a suppressive person and is expelled of the church of scientology.

Jean-Luc had earlier this year engaged in an attack to another scientologist, by means of speading false reports.../...[follow generalities without the least incidence]

When his actions were discovered and he was offered a chance to come clean and redeem himself through the application of Confessional technology, Jean-Luc, instead of taking this offer [the 'offer' is in fact very expansive...], made himself unavailable and did not report back. Due to his behavior [sic] Jean-Luc was placed under a Non-Enturbulation Order.

Instead of changing his pattern Jean-Luc first spread to persons he knew false reports [sic] about scientology and then offciially resigned from the church. Jean-Luc also tried to bring civil suit against a Scientologist in good standing on the grounds of falsehoods and eventually demanded that the donations he made for church services be given back to him.

Jean-Luc is guilty of the following suppressive acts:

1. USING TRADEMARKS OR SERVICE MARKS OF DIANETIOCS AND SCIENTOLOGY WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER OF THE MARKS OR ITS AUTHORIZED LICENSEE

6. DEMANDING THE RETURN OF ANY OR ALL FEES PAID FOR STANDARD TRAINING OR PROCESSING ACTUALLY RECEIVED IN PART AND STILL AVAILABLE BUT UNDELIVERED ONLY BECAUSE OF DEPARTURE OF THE PERSON DEMANDING (THE FEES MUST BE REFUNDED BUT THIS POLICY APPLIES)

7. IT IS A HIGH CRIME TO PUBLICLY DEPART OF SCIENTOLOGY

Interesting enough, the clam scam did not refund him entirely neither did they refund him before being sued a lot.

besides, the #1 is great: if you are using scientology after having paid for it, you still must pay.

The point 6 asks in fact that someone obeys to scientology rules, but not to country laws.

And the point # 7 is great too: this is in direct violation of article 12 Eu convention of Human rights, since it's forbidding the change of opinion.
