What these people who declared Richard failed to say is that the person he is still connected to, is his own mother!

RICHARD RIECHEL

Richard Riechel of Clearwater, is hereby declared a SUPPRESSIVE PERSON.

It was found through recent investigation the Riechel has been in active communication for several years with someone who publicly departed the Church [sic] a number of years ago and who also requested and received a refund of donations that she had made to the Church [sic].

Richard has remained connected to this SP in order to receive financial support from her.

"To fail or refuse to disconnect from a Suppressive person not only denies the PTS case gain, it is also supportive of the suppressive - in itself a Suppressive Act. And it must be so labeled"- LRH (HCOB 10 Sep. 1983, PTSness and DISCONNECTION)

Riechel has committed the following suppressive acts:

1- VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE TEN POINTS OF KSW.

2- FAILURE TO HANDLE OR DISAVOW AND DISCONNECT FROM A PERSON DEMONSTRABLY GUILTY OF SUPPRESSIVE ACTS.

Any certificates or awards given to Richard Riechel are hereby cancelled. Any license he might have signed to use the marks of Dianetics and Scientology are hereby cancelled and he may not use the [trade-] marks in [any] manner whatsoever.

Should Richard come to his senses and recant, he is to do the Steps A-E of HCOPL 7 March 1965 RB I SUPPRESSIVE ACTS, SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS

His only Scientology terminal is the International Justice Chief, via the Continental Justice Chief.
