Care all
I walked into a used bookstore in town today specifically looking for my very
own copy of "Dianetics," as I had only read it after borrowing it from the
library before. It will now be placed on the shelf next to my books on
Jonestown and Charles Manson (as only fitting). Anyway, it only cost me $2.75
and is it great condition being that it's a 1986 edition. The lady who owned
the bookstore struck up a conversation with me about it saying she once saw an
infomercial late at night about the book. I told her about how it came to
affect me personally and about all of the abuse and criminal activities the
Church of Scientology practices. I saw she had a computer and was on the
Internet at the counter so I gave her the bigotwatch.net and Xenu.net addys.
She was looking at Xenu.net as I waved good-bye to her and left the store. Oh yea, she told me she had an extra copy in the back for when this one sold and would have to blow the dust off of it, heh. She said over the years several people have brought other copies in trying to off load them and they were all in great condition (guess, like me, most people realize what a bunch of bull poo poo it is after one read).
