Dear Jimmy,

You ordered that we have PT tabs on Allard, Cooper, Levett, McLeans,
Nibs, Kaufman, Kinsolving, Krassner, Green and Seffern, finding out
where they are, where they travel or are planning to travel and with
whom they are in comm as these could possibly involved in the St. Pete
Times Suit.

Below is a brief summary of each of the above:

Allard - He is starting a business in Chula Vista in photography and
is selling jewelry out of his van along with helping out the
Vietnamese refugees at an air base. His plans are to settle down in
that area, as well as start some sort of religious group. We currently
have an FSM in place watching over Allard and he currently has no
plans to travel somewhere.

Cooper - We have a NY B1 FSM in comm with Paulette and we have
ascertained that she does not plan to go anywhere and that she was
"too busy" to attend the past Snyder event of 20 April. Her actions
and comm lines have been monitored and it is known that she was in
comm with the McLeans, A. E. Bennett (San Fran area enemy), Cliff
Stanton, Elaine Lieberman to name a few. FSM's are continuing to
monitor her movements and in this way we are also being supplied info
on other enemies.

[Levett] - The DG I Canada has been sending me bits and pieces of data
on Levett. Levett doesn't appear to be directly connected to the Base
although she does have connections to the McLeans and it is possible
that she may be jumping on the anti-cult bandwagon. I have written to
the DG I Canada requesting that she keep me info'd on Levett in
relation to the US scene.

McLean - John McLean, his wife and Eric are back in Toronto in PT. Nan
is currently staying in Orlando and was deposed last Friday, 23 April
when she did not retain an attorney and did very poorly. That same
day, she went over to the CW Sun and was observed to be caved in and
in grief saying that she wants to go home. Legal is planning on
getting a court order to force Nan to talk and she will also be hit
for Attorney fees. She is being monitored.

Nibs - He is currently in Paradise [handwritten note:] Calif., and has
no plans of going anywhere at present. He recently assisted us in the
DA activity on the 72 Krassner article and is not in comm with other
enemies. He is pretty much under control and willing to assist the GO.

Kaufman - He too is being monitored by the FSM's in NY and is playing
the piano at Lincoln Center for the royal Ballet. He has no plans to
leave the NY area and we have no indications that he is connected to
the Base scene in PT.

Kinsolving - He does know about the CW scene but is not going to be
doing anything in PT and is not planning on going down there or
writing anything. DC is keeping a line into him and he is being
checked out further but in PT, he is not planning anything on us.

Krass[ner] - We have data that he in PT is busy covering the Patty
Hearst [tr]ials and has no plans to go to the Base. We have no
indications that he is comm with the SPT.

Bernie Green - He is also being monitored by NY FSMs, who have been on
his lines for three years. Bernie is presently interiorized into
financial problems and does not plan to leave the NY area until the
last week in June to go to France.

Seffern - Also being monitored by NY FSMs and there are no indications
that he plans to leave the NY area. He did bring up the scene in CW
and said that he did not know the details of it just yet, but that the
C of S was having land development problems. He will continue to be
monitored.

You also wanted Allard's Attorney, O'Reilly included in the above
category. There is a person recruited for a position near him and he
is waiting until the end of the month for the job opening.

So the above are all being monitored for any indications of being
connected to the SPT.
