You may have noticed that I don't use any tabs in my document
postings. This is because whatever I will try to imitate the original
format of the document, it won't come out as planned on everybody's
window. Therefore I don't use any formatting at all, except that I
keep everything "vertically" in order.

So for all of you, who either want to web some of these formidable SP
Declares, or for those, who reminisce about the good old days when you
presonally received those yellow pages in your "in-box", this is how
you can at least imitate the format of the original document, as the
format of Scientology documents, whether it is a SP Declare or
Personnel Order, is usually always the same:

The name of the organization (f. e. Sea Organization) is centered

The type of the order (f. e. "Flag Conditions Order") is on the left
side, in the same line the date is on the right side.

The distribution list (CMO, RTC, FOLO EU, etc) is on the left side.

The title of the document is centered.

At the end of the document is the name and/or the position of writer,
usually together with Scientology entities (Approved by AVC for the
Churches of Scientology, etc etc). This is on the right side.

The organization's and writer's initials (f. e. COSRECI:RH:dt) are on
the left side.
