ALL SCIENTOLOGISTS
ALL SCIENTOLOGY STAFF

SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE AND
EXPULSION ORDER
EDDIE MACE

EDDIE MACE, of Perth, Australia, by openly committing acts which are
known to be suppressive acts or High Crimes per official Church
Policy, is hereby declared to be a Suppressive Person.

"A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON or GROUP is one that actively seeks to suppress
or damage Scientology or a Scientologist by Suppressive Acts." LRH
(HCO PL 23 Dec 65RA Rev & Reiss 10.9.83 SUPPRESSIVE ACTS)

The Church has found the need to forewarn its parishioners of those
elements found in our midst who, by their actions, are attempting or
likely to undermine the delivery of Scientology services and deny
individuals their only chance for spiritual freedom through committing
suppressive acts which are defined as: "... acts calculated to impede
or destroy Scientology or a Scientologist ..." LRH (HCO PL 23 Dec 65RA
Rev & Reiss 10.9.83 SUPPRESSIVE ACTS)

When the Mission Network was in the state of being out of alignment
with LRH policy and then later given their rightful hat of flowing
Scientologists up the Bridge, Eddie Mace decided to close down the
Melville Mission for which he was mission holder and then proceeded to
set up a "splinter group" which has attempted to divert people from
the Church of Scientology and would take advantage of well-intentioned
people in the area by playing upon their strong desires for the true
technology of LRH.

What Mace was delivering at his mission was not standard tech as per
the policies and bulletins laid down by LRH. Instead Eddie delivered
his own version of the tech, while saying it was standard technology
thereby leading innocent people into thinking they were receiving
standard tech, when in fact it was something else entirely.

"... a squirrel is doing something entirely different. He doesn't
understand any of the principles so he makes up a bunch of them to
fulfill his ignorance and voices them off on a pc and gets no place."
LRH (SH Spec 77, 6111CO8)

A Flag trained C/S, at the request of Church officials, reviewed the
actual technical delivery and results of what was being delivered at
Eddie's mission. A full review of the complete folders of 15 of the
pcs auditing on Mace's lines and personally C/Sed by Mace gave an
overview of the flagrant out tech which Mace had delivered at the
mission over the years.

Numerous instances were found of preclears not receiving the desired
results or openly expressing their dissatisfaction with the session as
evidenced by the statements at the Examiner (The Examiner's purpose is
to ensure standard tech is applied and results are flawless.)

Per Church policy, such a bad exam report is an indicator that
immediate repair is needed to ensure the maximum gains for the
preclear and it is a firm rule of the Church that, "ANY GOOFED SESSION
MUST BE REPAIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS." LRH (HCO PL 8 SEPTEMBER 1970
EXAMINER'S 24 HOUR RULE)

Mace however, allowed his preclears to go unhandled on their goofed
sessions and in at least two different cases allowed the preclear to
go through five consecutive sessions, with as many as 7 sessions found
in a row, with no correction of the auditor or attempt to repair
sessions to help the preclear. The failure to repair sessions became a
standard practice for Mace, as evidenced from folder review.

Mace, who as Case Supervisor was responsible for ensuring the maximum
gains for his preclears. Per policy, incases that do not have good
indicators and acceptable exam reports it has been found "IN EVERY ...
CASE I FOUND FLAGRANT OUT TECH IN (A) THE PROGRAMMING (B) THE C/SING
AND (C) THE AUDITING."

"The errors were real! They had been sitting there for some time
unnoticed. Session after session mounting up into piles of wasted
auditing." LRH (HCOB 6 APRIL 1971 C/S Series 34 NON F/N CASES)

Further evidence of Mace's known attempts to violate standard policies
in regards to handling flubbed cases, can be seen by the completely
squirrel session grades created for such sessions. Per standard tech
and LRH policy, the only approved session grades for an auditor for
his sessions, so that one can judge the quality of the auditing and
give him needed correction are "Very Well Done", "Well Donel", "No
Mention", "Flunk", and "Flunk and Retrain". Mace however, added a
session grade called "Upgradable" where after days of bad exam reports
and flubbed sessions, if the preclear ever gave an acceptable exam,
the past sessions grades could be changed to "Well Done" and "Very
Well Done" when in fact the sessions themselves contained gross
violations of tech. This is in complete violation of LRH policy and
would never be accepted in any Church of Scientology. This squirrel
session grade prevented preclears from obtaining the gains they sought
by neglect of repair and failed to correct the auditors for the flubs,
allowing the out tech to further be perpetuated.

There are innumerable examples of this in the folders C/Sed by Eddie
Mace in addition to those mentioned above. LRH says: "If auditing is
flubby it is the C/S who is responsible. In the first place he
permitted bad course training without screaming. In the second place
he does not persuade or force auditors to correct their tech in
cramming after flubs." LRH (HCOB 10 NOVEMBER 1970 C/S Series 21 C/S
RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRAINING)

It was found throughout folder reviews that Eddie consistently failed
to give auditor correction on auditor errors, or if any correction was
done, this was done frequently without any references to LRH technical
materials. This prevented auditors from correcting their errors and
delivering standard tech as per LRH, which thereby would have given
increased gains to their pcs as is achieved by tech that is delivered
standardly and as per policy.

"'Squirrelling' is not really different processes - it is careless,
incomplete, messed up auditing procedure." LRH (HCOB 15 JANUARY 1970
Iss II HANDLING WITH AUDITING)

The training delivered at the Mace mission was as nonstandard and
squirrel as the technical delivery. Mace has students in his mission
who never completed the courses they started and others who took
unusually long periods of time to complete. Examples of this are:

In one case a student took four years to complete a Self Analysis
Course and another student took over two years to do the HQS Course.
Further evidence of the courses being run contrary to LRH policy when
a friend of Mace's went to help out at the mission while Mace was
away. She found that when she attempted to standardly target the
students, they all got upset. It was found that targetting students on
their course was never done in Mace's course room which was in total
violation of the basic WHAT IS A COURSE? HCO Policy Letter.

"It is the Supervisor's job to get the student through the checksheet
fully and swiftly with minimum lost time.

"The successful Supervisor is tough. He is not a kindly old fumbler.
He sets high checksheet targets for each student for the day and
forces it to be met or else." LRH (HCO PL 16 MARCH 1971R Rev 29.1.75
WHAT IS A COURSE?)

Several squirrel checksheets, were found which were in use at the
mission which were dreamed up locally, and violated basic study tech
basics and would fail to give the student an accurate understanding of
the true practice of Scientology.

With Mace's decision to close down his mission, and with his history
of out tech, there is no mystery why he would be a ripe target for
outside instigators who wished to stir up discontent and trouble for
Scientology in the Perth area. Due to his own overts on the tech, it
was possible for Eddie Mace to be duped into splintering off from
standard Scientology with Eddie's own inclination to alter the
technology of Scientology and his own off Sourceness, he fell prey to
a vicious but failing attempt to splinter off and offer a shoddy
substitute for standard tech and he has since actively promoted this
attempt on his own lines.

Based on reports from the field, it was Mayo and Wimbush who thought
up the idea of starting a squirrel group in Perth. Reportedly, Mayo
and Wimbush, felt that the "Scientologists in Perth were fairly
backward, unintelligent, and out of touch with the rest of the world
and would be prone to believing their false stories." Meanwhile, few
Scientologists are granting credence to Bernie Wimbush and their guru
Mayo, and in fact must consider their false stories quite quite
laughable. It is well known that Mayo and the Wimbush's along with
their squirrel friends are connected to U.S. loser Attorney Michael
Flynn who uses psychiatrists as an information source on Scientology
and whom he quotes directly.

Their lies, of course, are easily proven false by the fact that the
Church is expanding with many new missions and churches formed
recently and is in its greatest period of expansion internationally.

The Church has long since recognized the important role the people in
Australia have played in the expansion of Scientology which is one of
the reasons that they were rewarded with their own advanced
organization.

Concerned Church officials, when the blatant out tech and squirreling
of the Melville mission was brought to their attention, have had the
folders of those individuals who were on his lines reviewed so that a
long needed correction can be done and they can attain the gains from
Scientology they originally sought. Any preclear who has received
auditing at Mace's mission or anyone who has found themselves upset by
the data he has subsequently passed around, is being offered a free
session at the nearest Church of Scientology to clean up any upset
which may have resulted from Mace's out tech or actions so they can
achieve the true goals they sought from LRH tech.

Eddie Mace, no longer being in agreement with the goals and purposes
of the Church of Scientology, is hereby declared a Suppressive Person
and expelled from the Church. He is GUILTY of the following
Suppressive Acts:

HIGH CRIMES

1. PUBLIC DISAVOWAL OF SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS IN GOOD STANDING
WITH SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS.

2. AIDING OR ABETTING A PERSON DEMONSTRABLY GUILTY OF SUPPRESSlVE ACTS
IN SUCH ACTS.

3. CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP IN A DIVERGENT GROUP.

4. ORGANIZING A SPLINTER GROUP TO USE SCIENTOLOGY DATA OR ANY PART OF
IT TO DISTRACT PEOPLE FROM STANDARD SCIENTOLOGY.

5. ORGANIZING SPLINTER GROUPS TO DIVERGE FROM SCIENTOLOGY PRACTICES
STILL CALLING IT SCIENTOLOGY OR CALLING IT SOMETHING ELSE.

6. SEEKING TO SPLINTER OFF AN AREA OF SCIENTOLOGY AND DENY IT PROPERLY
CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY FOR PERSONAL PROFIT, PERSONAL POWER OR TO "SAVE"
THE ORGANIZATION FROM THE HIGHER OFFICERS OF SCIENTOLOGY.

7. PUBLIC STATEMENTS AGAINST SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS BUT NOT TO
COMMITTEES OF EVIDENCE DULY CONVENED.

8. ACTING IN ANY WAY CALCULATED TO LOSE THE TECHNOLOGY OF DIANETICS
AND SCIENTOLOGY TO USE OR IMPEDE ITS USE OR SHORTEN ITS MATERIALS OR
ITS APPLICATION.

9. PRONOUNCING SCIENTOLOGISTS GUILTY OF THE PRACTICE OF STANDARD
TECHNOLOGY.

10. ENGAGING IN RUMOR-MONGERING TO DESTROY THE AUTHORITY OR REPUTATION
OF HIGHER OFFICERS OR THE LEADING NAMES OF SCIENTOLOGY OR TO SAFEGUARD
A POSITION.

Eddie Mace is forbidden to enter any Scientology Org, Mission or group
and is debarred from any Scientology services. Any and all
certificates he may have held are hereby cancelled.

He is debarred from the upper levels of Scientology and any other
Scientology training and processes and all that they could have
offered him. He is advised to consult HCO PL 23 Dec 65RA SUPPRESSIVE
ACTS SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS. His only hope for
mercy and for a path out of the oblivion he he has consigned himself
to is contained in the above Policy Letter.

Any Scientologist found to be offering support to or in any way
granting credence to Eddie Mace, his actions or motives is also
subject to declare and denial of further services.
