COMMAND INTENTION FOR APOLLO 74

To force into existence by whatever persuasion or duress an FSO which
furnishes all food, cleaning, ship-keeping and E/R Services for the
whole ship at a quality level comparable to a liner with no
disturbance to remaining orgs aboard.

To force 9A to procure and install the equipment, utensils, dishes and
services for which all finance has been available for years.

To force the Deck Division to put a fully acceptable scene there,
performing all deck actions, maintenance and cleaning stations in a
fully professional way that would be a credit to any vessel.

To get fully competent sea watches functioning and running the ship
safely and professionally.

To have done with amateur dilettantism at all levels .

To have a fully operational fully hatted producing E/R and an improved
scene with mains and auxiliaries and their extended survival.

To force into existence with whatever persuasion or duress an FB that
takes full responsibility for orgs, programs and International
Scientology and is capable of and interested in expanding every org
and improving its tech quality.

To bring into existence an actual FSH and an FAO interested in and
producing terminatedly trained and handled cases, FCCIs as well as
crew or disband them and return their functions to the FSO.

To improve and make more effective every org and unit aboard.

To get back up from officers and Div heads.

To get every not done or part done or mis-done Drug RD aboard handled
fully.

To terminatedly handle any and all R/Sers aboard.

To get the whole crew through TRs 0-9.

To tolerate only those ethics actions which increase production and
effectiveness and abolish all others.

To teach the crew how to get ethics in on itself as a group.

To reward actual accomplishment on post that results in VFPs.

To make Apollo so competent in itself that it can extrovert its
attention to international matters and back up the orgs whose work and
dedication are bringing about an existing international boom in a
world where all else is failing.

To establish honesty and sanity in the world with this as a creditable
effective base point.
