HANDLING OF CLINICAL ASSIGNMENTS TO SPF OR DPF

Certain persons occasionally are assigned to the Stewards Project
Force or Deck Project Force in order to rehabilitate and exteriorise
their attention. Handling Mest is the most speedy and effective method
of handling this.

There is a Qual Dept 14 Personnel Enhancement action which must
accompany all clinical assignments to the SPF or DPF.

Personnel Programmer must programme [sic] each person assigned to such
forces on what they need to do to get out of the Project Forces. This
is a needed action and will speed recovery and put Sea Org members
back into service on a post.

Personnel Programmer must therefore be added to the Routing Form for
all persons routing into the DPF or SPF in the above category.

There will be a liaison between the Personnel Programmer and the C/S
to ensure that any required auditing is also programmed and done.
