"Suppressive Groups are defined as those which seek to destroy Scientology or which specialize in injuring or killing persons or damaging their cases or which advocate suppression of Mankind." HCO PL 29 Jun 68 (Vol I, pg 484 OEC.) The "Galactic Patrol" was formed by Bill Robertson, Dafna Robertson and Ernie Martin, all declared SPs, with the stated intention of pulling people away from the standard organizations of Scientology. The "Galactic Patrol" is apparently some off-beat mockery of the Sea Organization, based on the distorted view of the Whole Track as perceived by the above individuals. The group only serves to distract people from Standard Scientology and seems designed to restimulate others for the personal gain of the founding members. Some people who have had connections with the few members of this group have already reported themselves to their Ethics Officer, recognizing the group for what it is. Any others who have had contact with this group or its members are encouraged to report the details of any such contact to an Ethics Officer or Sea Org Master-at-Arms. HCO PL 29 Jun 68 ENROLLMENT IN SUPPRESSIVE GROUPS applies fully to this group. Specifically: "Any person found to be connected to a Suppressive Group may not thereafter be enrolled in the Saint Hill Solo Audit Course or the Clearing Course." In accordance with that same Policy Letter, no member of a suppressive group may ever be employed by any Church or Mission of Scientology, without special clearance. The Church of Scientology is currently engaged in our most rapid period of expansion in history. All Scientologists are warned to not let these things distract us from keeping up with the increasing demands for standard Scientology.
