Dear Greg,

Target # 10 - "Immediately get an agent into DC IRS to obtain files on
LRH, Scintology [sic], etc. in the Chief Council's Office, the Special
Services staff, the intelligence division, Audit Division, and any
other area."

Push D.C. to get this started immediately and push this hard. This is
a key target & the pgm can't get done w/out this is in.
