Dear,

I got yesterday an alert from the E/O of Milano Org, Ivana Muti.

She received a visit from a certain ANNA B[...] of Milan. This Anna
B[...] has nephew in Padova org, called DONATELLA B[...], who is
currently on lines, had done the Purification RD there in the last
month.

This Donatella was selected by the two brothers Gianfranco and Moreno,
who are already on lines since 2-3 months, which intend to help her at
every cost.

The situation of this girl is this: She is 22 years old but she
seemingly has had a crysis when she was very young, when her mother
died, and she actually BEHAVES like a child[,] doesn't work, speaks in
the way the children speak, and doesn't control her physical reactions
(urinations around like the children, and during the night in the
bed.)

The father has tried everything to help her during these years and now
the brother are promoting the fact that Dianetics can take her out of
this situation, and basically now she is in the Org all the day long
"parked" on a chair, smoking all the day, waiting to be audited.

After the Purification RD, she lost some weight, and, beside being
purified in the body, she did not make any progress mentally.

The sisters of the father (aunts of D[...], are quite worried, and
said to Anna B[...] (the woman who reported this fact to Milan), that,
unless, she will be FOLLOWED BY A DOCTOR which verify the progress,
they will denounce HDI, as this girl isn't progressing.

On their side the two brothers of the girl are keeping invalidating
the autns telling that they will handle the situation with Dianetics,
and they cannot interfere. So, the family, seems messed up.

Besides this fact, it seems evident that somebody promised HEALING
with DN, which is not by policy, and is not the best thing to be done
now.

The aunt ANNA (from Milan), will phone back today to Milano Org to see
whether  something can be done to have a medical doctor following the
situation. She actually referred to Milano as she couldn't have help
in Padova without any interference from Milano.

I did not get any report on this by the AG Padova, who is probaly
unaware of the fact.

Handling:

telex immediately to AG Padova to do a full investigation into the
scene, and see whether is by policy or not. If any healing has been
promised, the girl must be treated as per HCO PL Policy on physical
healing insanity and PTSes, and he has also to keep in contact with
the family to make sure any complaints is AVOIDED (which would be
fitting into the charge: illegal practice of medicine).
