My name is Daniele Chervin and I have recently assumed the newly
created post of Master at Arms I/C International.

This post is under the Establishment Executive International in the
Exec Strata.

The purpose of my post is to raise the general production and
efficiency of orgs by getting org basics slammed in Internationally.
This will be achieved by getting MAAs/Ethics Officers posted in all
orgs, ensuring they perform their full duties. Close attention will be
given to their hatting so they have confidence in doing their job and
can be at Cause on their posts.

"We are not in the business of being good boys and girls. We're in the
business of going free and getting the org production roaring. Nothing
else is of any interest then to Ethics but (a) getting tech in,
getting run and getting run right and (b) getting production up and
org roaring along." HCO PL 1 SEPT AD15

The idea is to get 3 MAAs plus one Ethics Admin on post in each org
(17 Person Ethics Section for big orgs per HCO PL 20 June 68 ETHICS
OFFICERS, Page 482, OEC Vol 1), putting Ethics in standardly so that
standard Tech goes in with orgs expanding as a result.

I am especially riding the SO ED 2156 INT MAA/ETHICS OFFICERS HAT
ADDITION which is a Hat-write up of specific MAA/ETHICS OFFICER
functions.

Any org whose MAA/EO is doing daily roll call, ensuring all staff are
actually there on post and productive, getting staff enhancement time
completely in, and getting the comm lines flowing rapidly in the org
will expand to SH size. No doubt.

My VFP is to get all orgs Internationally booming with in-Ethics,
in-Tech and on Policy staff really producing.

I will help you in all matters relating to my post and my comm lines
are open to all of you.
