re: AMEX cycles

Dear Sir,

Fred King got thru liability on his cycle and is paying back the
Church the money. Per him, it looks like there was an agreement with
AMEX and an org terminal that AMEX would recredit the cycle that was
having trouble [sic]. The CO OSA Pac has all the data on the $ 14 Gs
in checks and Fred checked in their accounts folders for data on the
cycles.

Michael Mendelsohn is paying off the AMEX charge himself. He just
called me up
and told me. He is doing lowers on the third dynamic for this.

John Kinball has not handled his cycle yet. I called Mark Arnold in
Seattle and he is 8cing him into ethics there to do conditions. mike
Reppen suggested Mark and Mark said he was John's first reg up there.
