SNOW WHITE PROGRAMS CHIEF OSA US
ELAINE SIEGEL

Elaine Siegel is hereby reverted to her former post of Snow White
Programs Chief OSA US.

It has been found that key post functions have been dropped which
jeopardized key strategic actions for the Snow White area.

She is to be programmed in Dept 14 for the study required to meet all
requirements she has not completed and requirements needed for this
post.

She will then report to the staff course course supervisor for
enrollment and part time study after post hours. She is to word clear
Method One, and her materials word cleared Method 2 and her divisional
summary and her post word cleared Method 2, starrated and in clay. She
is then to be post purpose cleared.

She is not elegble [sic] for any bonuses until this cycle is complete
and she has good stats.
