Subject: Declaration of a Suppressive Person

1. RALPH GLASER, 7700 82nd Place, Hyattsville, Maryland is hereby
declared a Suppressive Person for refusing to totally cut
communication via correspondence with the Food and Drug
Administration, American Medical Association, American Psychiatric
Association, American Psychology Association - all considered to be
groups suppressive of Scientology. In the same interview he protested
misemotionally the Ethics Officer's attempt to get him to disconnect,
stating that the handling of these groups was not the sole prerogative
of Ethics, thus making the Ethics Officer guilty of the practice of
standard Scientology. This statement was witnessed by the HCO
Executive Secretary.

2. Fair Game.

3. Not to be trained or processed.

4. Not to be communicated with.

5. Anyone associating with this person is declared a Potential Trouble
Source until such time as he handles or disconnects.
