URGENT DIRECTIVE
YOLANDA AVILA

Per HCO PL -- "Actions, Executive, for Handling Disastrous Occurances
[sic]" Yolanda Avila is hereby suspended from post SNR PERS OFF PAC.

Yolanda has been cutting across the Command Channels in PAC through
extreme lack of post responsibility thereby forcing senior executives
and the CMO to bypass the handle her post. By recent investigation it
has been found that PAC HCOs have backlogs going back for as long as 6
months, SNA has been crashing and there has been gross criminality
found on reg lines in all PAC Orgs, as well as OUT 2D, all of which
has gone unnoticed and unhandled by any of the PAC HCOs or by SNR HCO.
Recruitment doors are blocked with completely unviable recruitment in
PAC cutting across the expansion of the PAC Orgs.

The Cadet Org has been a constant source of out-ethics and flaps.
Yolanda is over this area directly and has not taken effective
measures to terminatedly handle.

The EPF has deminished [sic] to the irreducible minimum, under her
care, with EPFers coming off the EPF as overt products, Out FO 38, and
not what is expected as the product of a true Sea Org member having
been made.

She has had cramming, ethics and justice to no avail.

Yolanda is the one that had the Family Time B of I issued in a way
that created enturbulation in PAC and was a pure distraction to
production. She was also found to be spreading false rumors regarding
Family Time and the reason for the ex-KOT AOLAs RPF assignment. She
was also found to be the source of 3rd Party on the CMO.

She is hereby placed under NON ENTURBULATION ORDER. Should one more
report of enturbulation be received an SP declare will be issued
forthwith.
