I was yesterday before the Court for a only formal decision about the trial from a scientologist named Laurent Q....., who had complained that his name was to be found onto my website.

Indeed, Laurent Q....., who had been relaxed in appeal court for the Lyon suit against scientology (homicide, fraud and extortion), was named on the appeal decision, where he was said to have been relaxed from fraud charges.

His name can be found in other files on internet, but he did not complain against those websites since they were in other countries.

The formal decision was about : 1/ the sum that guy should have paid to consignate his suit [that's low here, like 300 $, or 2000, sometimes] and 2/ the date for the sentence hearing.

Since neither the plaintiff neither his attorney went to the Court yesterday in Villefranche sur Saône, they have lost immediately, since their absence as plaintiff or attorney or both equalling abandoning the suit.

No surprise for me either: the purpose of the suit for scientology being not to win, but to ruin, to harrass.

Alas, I can now use that as a harrassment evidence from them!
