Scientology is a scam for fleecing chumps of their money. And it has the full backing of the US government. Well maybe we should isolate what makes Scientology so effective at finding these chumps and fleecing them. And maybe there are better ways that Scientology could do it once isoloted. This is a draft version as my thoughts develop.

1) What you are looking for is someone who is gullible. In the case of Scientology then we have a system of self-improvement created by a science-fiction writer. Anyone who comes through the door is gullible and is a potential victim.

2) They might not be very gullible. They could purely be curious and a bit of a rebel wanting to try out something that others disapprove of.

To find out how gullible they are then you see if you can get them to do something a little stupid without their having any resistance to it. The comms course is great for this because a person will be told that in order to communicate better with a person they have to learn to stare at them. In this case we have got them doing something stupid and getting no resistance from it. This is a win over controlling that person abnd well as confirmation that they are indeed gullible. And a bit of hypnosis enters as well, hopefully to make that person easier to control. Add to that getting them to ask quastions like "Do birds fly?".

"Do fish swim?" and you know what you have their is a gullible fool.

3) So the person finished the comms course and since it was an ordeal they feel elated and so you use this to praise him in front of the group and the group applauds him and he feels more of a member and so this is the time to hard-sell another course. TRs and Objectives.

4) With TRs and Objectives you get the person to scream at an ashtray with the idea that it will life up because of it. You get them to scream really loud as well. If you can get a person to do this then you are well on the way to controlling them. You also get them to do meaingless things like stopping things from going away. You arrange it so that this controlling of them appears to the chump that is *they* who are more in control. This is a very important thing and is the foundation for more control. Again, in controlling that person you have to trick them into thinking that it is *they* who are doing the controlling. That is why you have stupid things like "Start, Change, Stop". You get them to do these stupid things and they get used to doing whatever you tell them to and yet they are convinced that they can "start, change and stop" things in their universes more effectively.

5) At some point you have to wash away all their accumulated methods of thinking and habitual ways of acting because you want to superimpose a robotic structure on the person so that they always do exactly what you tell them to. To this end, the best way is to flush out everything they have learned with a massive amount of instructions an how to do everything under the sun. So you write "policy letters" and "technical bulletins" in their thousands they thay have got to learn. You swamp them with it and keep them tired. You push them into "applying" it and when not properly applied you get them to read more and more of these things and test them on it and retread them on it. You are, of course, giving them a complete mind-wipe so you have to convince them they are becoming "more able" or some such similar thing all the while. And when these things he is reading appear not to work then they have to be convinced that they must understand it better and learn more of them.

You have got to keep them at it and keep them tired.

6) If yu ae trying t gain control over people then you might want tham to commit an illegal act for you and to punish those who are opposing you or something like that. But right from early childhood people have had asense of what is right and wrong drilled into them and this could kick in and they might object to your command at some time. They way to get rid of this mechanism is to completely redefine moral right and wrong. Mkae it complicated like redefine it as ethics and then redefine what ethics means and srew around with it completely such that what the person ends up thinking as right and wrong is what you tell them. The Scientology Ethics does a wonderful job of this and even gets away with redefing ethics in terms of production. So you now have the person being mind-wiped working even harder at it while their normal sense of marals has been effectively removed.

7) Having got this far you are already in control of the person. You just need to pull a few little tricks to make that person your complete slave. You need to break their links with the normal world so that they can be exchanged for links to the group you are setting up to serve you.

To do this and also to circumvent the possibility that any negative information on what you are trying to do will get to them then you have got to knock out newspapers and television, making out there is a conspiracy going on to lie to people. So they stop reading newspapers and they stop watching television which further cuts them off from society and they think that they are being fed less lies when of course they are being lied to and tricked all the while.
