An belgo-french artist known as Alain Stoffen has launched a third complaint for fraud extortion and other illegal practices, against the Paris scientology CC.

He was seen yesterday on the national TV, for 2 minutes and a half.

We saw also some of the clams saying that all this was a set-up.

The set-up indeed existed; it was their set-up: this guy had to pay in total urgency a sum of 30000 $/. And he has been used times after times as a musician to give free concertes etc to the clam CC.

Now the clams have still pending in France:

- one suit from some 3 plaintiffs before the judge Moracchini (the one who does not instruct her scientology files), since 1983.

- one suit for fraud and extortion from an ex-scn having paid more than 50000 $

- One suit from this guy Alain Stoffen right now

- three suits from the Bob, Stacy and Jessie, for libel

- one suit against two of their private detectives for some reasons

- one massive suit against one of their crazy outsiders, Christian Cotten, plus some others from people he attacked stupidly before courts

- one suit (he lost in appeal, is now in "supreme court") against another of their outsiders, a friend of the one above, for libel

- one suit - the next to be before courts on 21st and 22nd february 2002 -- from three people, for violation of privacy rules and fraud attempt.

Great, no?

They'll lose each but perhaps the first one with their semi-friend or more, the judge Moracchini. Unless the files is taken to her.
